Welcome to SprucePros. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Services
All cleaning service requests are managed and confirmed through our booking platform. Clients must provide accurate home details, address information, and access instructions prior to the scheduled cleaning date.
2. Pricing and Payments
Prices are calculated based on the specifications selected during checkout. Payments are automatically processed securely via credit or debit card through our platform.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled service. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours will automatically incur a $50 cancellation fee.
4. Liability and Damage Policy
SprucePros is a fully insured business. Our professional teams operate under standard residential safety guidelines. In the rare event of accidental damage to property during a service, clients must report it to info@sprucepros.com within 24 hours of completion for proper assessment.
